Recently, Brooklyn based denim brand “Fourth of November” celebrated the launch of their artist series initiative with an exclusive fashion and artist showcase here in Atlanta. Curated by Eastmen Collective and The Nehemiah Group, Fourth of November presented an assortment of intricate and detailed denim styles from their premiere collection while eight (8) local artists designed one of a kind denim jackets. Local artists included Alea Hurst, Alfred Conteh, Markeidric Walker, Maxim Beching, Miloh Smith, Nicole Kutz, Saviour Sanquiche and Pepsi’s Live Painter Monica Tookes.
I had a moment to speak with Roc Nation’s Emory Jones to get some insight on the purpose and plans for the brand and with “Fourth of November” the sky is the limit. Jones explained that “Fourth of November” will cater to the everyday persons budget. Affordable high end fashion!
