Last month Philly’s favorite unsigned artist took a trip to New York and became a signed artist. Kur, Uptown Philly representer, has been making noise consistently in the city and online for the last few years. He’s recieved cosigns from some of the biggest artists and producers in the game including Timberland, Pusha T, and Philly’s own Meek Mill. HHS1987’s own Rick Dange was one of the first people to ever get an interview or freestyle from Kur a few years ago and they have worked together numerous times since then.
This video was shot by Rick Dnage and captures Kur actually going to NY and signing his deal at eOne Music with the executives and staff of the label. Kur also takes time at the end of the video to let the world know what to expect from him now that he is signed.
