Atlanta, Georgia rapper, Chavo started off the new decade by dropping his new EP ‘Mixed Emotions’ produced by Pi’erre Bourne. The project followed the late 2018 releases of new visuals for both songs “Had A Feeling” and “Permission.” Had A Feeling alone garnered over 750k streams across all digital streaming platforms.
The numbers already prove that the quality of his music is high-caliber, but this EP gives Chavo’s fans a deeper look into his artistry. The entire project undeniably has all hits, no misses. After 24 hours of its release on Jan. 2, 2020, Mixed Emotions had over 50,000 streams. The leading track ‘What You Make It ‘sets the tone for the rest of the album. The 12-track collective is nothing short of that Atlanta trap-boy vibe, and it’s hard not to like.
No stranger to the spotlight, as the son of Hip-Hop mogul Benzino, Chavo secured his first placement on his father’s album with the song called ‘Shine Like My Son.’ He was only 7, so there’s no doubt that Chavo has been on grind mode with his artistry.
