Two of Hip Hop’s most iconic dynasties are coming to TV. Thanks to BET, No Limit and Ruff Ryders will be featured in a pair of docuseries. A teaser was played during Sunday’s BET Awards!
In “No Limit Chronicles,” we follow Master P and No Limit Records’ rise to the top. Fans get an in-depth look into the label thanks to timeless footage from deep in the archives. The five-part docuseries will premiere later in July, on the 29th. Interviews with Master P, himself, Romeo Miller, Snoop Dogg, Silkk The Shocker, Mystikal and more are shown throughout the series.
This fall, starting in September, BET will then start to air their “Ruff Ryders Chronicles,” spotlighting the rise of the Joaquin “Waah,” Darin “Dee,” and Civon Deen founded label. As you know, they are the uncles and aunt of Swizz Beatz! This, too, will be a five-part series debuting on September 2nd.
