On Friday April 1st, the Cleveland Cavaliers came to Philips Arena to face the Atlanta Hawks for what turned out to be a primetime thriller.
The Cleveland Cavaliers now stand at (54-22) after a overtime (110-108) victory against the Hawks. After the game, Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue addressed the media and spoke on the Cavs going on 20 point plus runs twice in the game, stopped the Hawks on the final possession of regulation, LeBron stepping up and playing over 44 minutes, Kyrie Irving’s overtime performance and more.
The Cavs leading scorer was LeBron James with 29 points and 16 rebounds on in 44 minutes on (12-26) shooting. Kevin Love added 15 points on (5-11) shooting and Kyrie Irving added 20 points on (5-23) shooting. For the Hawks, Paul Millsap was the leading scorer with 29 points on (12-22) from the field. Jeff Teague added 28 points and shot (9-23) from the floor. The Cleveland Cavs face the Charlotte Hornets from the Quicken Loans Arena on Sunday.
