Last week, there were rumors that Ty Dolla $ign would collaborate with Dvsn on a track, and this is an even more special joint because Mac Miller features on it. “I Believed It” was officially released today (1 July) for fans to enjoy.
Recently, Dvsn released their Amusing Her Feelings EP, accompanied by their single “Use Somebody.”. Before “Use Somebody” and “Blessings,” Dvsn shared videos for fan favorites such as “Between US,” and “A Muse” which featured Snoh Aalegra. Their A Muse In Her Feelings album was released in April and contained 16 new tracks as well as additional features Summer Walker, Jessie Reyez, Ty Dolla $ign, Popcaan, Future, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Shantel May.
There is no denying that Ty Dolla $ign has been collaborating a lot lately. Among his numerous collaborations include the “Vibe With You” video by Mozzy and YG and “I Won,” a song by Jack Harlow and 24kGoldn off the official soundtrack for F9: The Fast Saga. I gifted the masses with an updated version of the last year’s “By Yourself” remix, which finds Bryson Tiller joining Ty $, Jhené Aiko, and Mustard to pay homage to single Black women.
After his passing, Mac Miller was nominated for a Grammy award as part of the posthumous Grammy category for Swimming, his fifth studio album. Circles is the first posthumous album released by his team. The album reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200, and a deluxe version was released with two additional songs. Earlier this summer, Mac’s team released news that a tribute project would be released for his fans to participate in.
