Riff Raff – “Aquaberry Aquarius” (Album Stream)

Riff Raff makes his return today with his latest 9-track offering, “Aquaberry Aquarius,” with DJ Afterthought. If you’re unfamiliar, Afterthought has worked with the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Fat Nick, Bones, and many others. The project opens up with an acoustic guitar infused record featuring airy vocals by Lisa Cimorelli which sets the tone for the majority of the project. Standout records include “Test Drive” featuring Wiz Khalifa with its playful bounce. And “Codeine Counselors” featuring Fat Nick & Germ. The hyperactive record blends pianos, bubbly drops, and heavy drum kicks.

Riff Raff provides a diverse palette of sounds on “Aquaberry Aquarius” that’s worth a listen.
