Marcus Hancock, aka Soncier, is a DMV based rapper who is steadily making moves in the indie Hip Hop scene. His latest movements will bring him to the Big Apple. Soncier will have the opportunity to peform in the legendary SOB’s, for the “Faces in the Crowd” industry showcase. The evening will be hosted by Torae of Sirius XM’s Hip Hop Nation.
